  I went to the ER and was referred to make an appointment with them within 3 days. Which seems almost impossible due to their broke and out dated process. When I called in to make an appointment I was told that they could not set the appointment till they received the doctor notes from the Hospital. And that they would call me back once they received them. Its been 2 days and no call back. When I called in they said they were still waiting on the notes. I've never been to a doctor office that makes you jump thru so many hoops just to get an appointment. Why not set the appointment and in the mean time work on getting the notes from the hospital. I've had multiple surgeries and been to see several Orthopedics. And NEVER heard of a process like this. If your in dyer need of assistance, I would not recommend this place. You will die of old age waiting to get an appointment. If I could give them zero stars I would. On the other hand, I just called another office and was able to set an appointment the next day. When I asked about the doctor notes, they said they would just look online thru the universal system. Why couldn't the Helena Orthopedics do the same thing.
